Granite

Granite is an igneous rock that forms by the slow cooling of magma deep in the Earth's crust and is composed of quartz and feldspars. Granite is available in a multitude of shades and patterns depending on its chemistry and mineralogy. Because of its hard, enduring nature, granite is an ideal material for kitchen surfaces.
